FASHION DOLLS
Of course, Barbie and her family and friends are the 800 lb. gorilla of the fashion dolls. I have a ton of stuff that needs to be migrated from the main bib page to this page. For now I've got a handful of Barbie collector and art books here. I'll fill in as I catch up on other stuff.
There are a ton of articles and patterns published in the doll magazine for Barbie, so that's going to take about a month of dedicated effort to list all of them (that I know about). Tower Press, who published a column by Joan Chiara Cigler, also published a lot of doll patterns meant to fit Barbie and her beau Ken. Joan is still selling her patterns online. You can find her link with her bib entry in the main Soft Toy and Doll bib. I'll also at some point catalog all the sewing patterns that companies like Simplicity, McCalls, and Butterick put out for Barbie and her relatives and friends. Any help someone wants to provide in helping me compile this catalog would be very greatly appreciated.
