SUMMARY- About 2/3rds of the book is a well done pictorial perspective of Barbie and her Friends' fashion trends from her genesis in 1959 to 1986, with great commentary from Billy Boy. The other third is Barbie dressed in Haute Couture by the famous fashion designers of the day. This is NOT a pattern book, but it could give you a lot of new ideas on dressing your own Barbies.
