SUMMARY- This is one issue of an ongoing publication. Billed as "An Encyclopedia of Things You Want to Know", it covered a wide gamut of topics. This particular issue didn't touch upon tatting, but was an interesting general read for a variety of other laces. It gave overviews, not patterns. Probably only interesting to an academic.
