SUMMARY- Georgia Seitz, one of the great champions of tatting, provided a comb-bound black-and-white compilation of the Riego tatting books, and kept it available for over a decade. This compilation came to me through a retired tatter who was looking for an appreciative home for a significant library of tatting books. I am so grateful for her contributions to the bibliography project, and for the support this project has received from so many unexpected sources. Thank you all. I could not have compiled so extensive a catalog so quickly without that help.
The patterns are more ornate - especially the parasol cover, and there are two tutorials with an illustration each for making a knotted joining, and chaining, which she called a "straight thread". It's clear that her technique and the sophistication of her tatting patterns are steadily evolving. There is less crochet, and more pure tatting.
