SUMMARY- She uses the older written notation but has diagrams to back them up. Patterns are fairly traditional fair well executed. The ricrac patterns do not actually use ricrac(there are patterns published that do). The title refers to the way the rings flow through the designs. The black-and-white photos show only the large details - not good enough to see the stitches. I think I like the Waterlily pond doily the best out of this collection, but there are several well done designs that were in competition. Over-all, I'm pleased to add this to my collection.
