SUMMARY- You get both a diagram and written instructions, and nine snowflakes this year. I look forward to buying the new set of Snowfall patterns each year, and have not been disappointed. This is the fifth set.
When I buy a PDF, I print it out on good paper, laminate the cover and back page, and comb bind them so I've got a physical copy to include in the library, and don't have to worry about losing track of the digital copy(or its degrading or becoming unreadable with time).
