SUMMARY- It took me ten years to find a copy of the 3rd booklet - have no idea why. I've run across plenty of copies of the first two. They tend to have different colored covers depending on which printing they were. House of White Birches and Dover also made the first two fairly easy to be had with their reprints. There are some astonishingly beautiful patterns in this booklet, and you can see from the Table of Contents that they included many of the advanced techniques for varying the look of traditional tatting. Patterns are in written notation, not broken down, but there are illustrations to go along with them, and while you can't count stitches in the photos, you get the eye candy. I really love these old booklets, and am extremely happy to have finally been able to add this one to the collection.
