SUMMARY- Her instructions are well broken down, and she has a clear diagrams(in color!) to back them up as well as color photos to help take you through the techniques she is trying to teach - I don't think you can get better than that! This one reminds me a bit of Helma Siepmann's very organic collage work, but is better organized and less "messy". I was extremely pleased to add this one to my collection, and will certainly use it. I think Mrs. Pence made a substantial contribution to the tatting community with this one. I hope to see her continue to experiment and develop her design skills.
