SUMMARY- I don't know if this was originally published as a kit - I tend to think not, since the example I have isn't wrinkled from being packaged with beads and thread and ribbon and other findings. It is a fairly straightforward wreath pattern of simple rings and chains with beading and a bow to add interest. She makes note that she adapted this pattern from Barbara Foster's "Needle Tatting Book 1 & 2". Instructions are in symbolic notation and fairly easy to read.
