SUMMARY- The Coats' Tatbird is illustrated throughout the book, so I've got to think this publisher is a branch of Coats and Clark? There is a four page beginner's lesson on tatting in the front, then lots of fairly easy to manage edgings, then 6 medallions, then some more complex edgings, three more medallions, then back to edgings, an oval doily, scarf ends, large centerpiece, glass doilies, two elaborate collars, another doily made of smaller motifs, a luncheon set, another luncheon set, and eight more medallions - a lot of patterns are packed into this 32 page booklet. Some look familiar to me, some do not. It is written in Italian, and there are no diagrams, so you'll either have to run the directions through a translator and cross your fingers, or make a friend who reads Italian. Still a lot of eye candy here, in good black-and-white photographs.
