SUMMARY- You get three gorgeous heart designs as shown on the cover photo. Instructions are symbolic notation with written notes in English, and a diagram that gives the order in which the split rings are tatted. Diane's designs are beautiful and the instructions look like they'd be easy to follow. These would be terrific for tucking into any card.
