SUMMARY- The subtitle for this one is "Designs for Trimmings & Instructions for Making Your Own Permanent Transfer Patterns." You get a nice assortment of interesting embroidery patterns, a very large collection of crochet edgings, and interesting instructions for making permanent embroidery transfers using your threadless sewing machine to pierce paper in the pattern you want and using talcum powder or blue powder or soot. I remember using this method for a 4H project when I was ten or eleven years old. The publication date is approximate. Mr. Spuehler seems to have been alergic to copyright dates.
