SUMMARY- Mary Feese had a long-running and very popular column in "Popular Needlework" called "Dress Making With Mary Feese". She didn't provide specific patterns, just advice on fashion and updating clothing you already owned. You likely notice Tower Press misspelled her name ON THE COVER of this collection of reprints. Tower Press was not very good about getting names right, and this was just another example...
All of Tower Press' publications were printed on extremely cheap newsprint paper, so pictures of samples are likely dark and hard to see detail. Still worth the price of admission. What Tower Press lacked in print quality, they more than made up for in providing creative, beautiful designs and projects.
