SUMMARY- This is a potpourri of lovely crochet, embroidery and tatting patterns pulled from the pages of various Tower Press magazines, which often cribbed patterns from older magazines like "Modern Priscilla" and "Needlecraft". The Mexican Drawn Work by Mae Y Mahaffy is a case in point.
All of Tower Press' publications were printed on extremely cheap newsprint paper, so pictures of samples are likely dark and hard to see detail. Still worth the price of admission. What Tower Press lacked in print quality, they more than made up for in providing creative, beautiful designs and projects.
