SUMMARY- As I can't crochet as of yet, I can't begin to tell you whether the instructions are good or not. All I can tell you is that while the patterns are all quite dated, they are often quite lovely, and each of these booklets provides a nice assortment. My favorites are the scarf/pillow sets that they tend to give 2-3 of in each booklet.
