SUMMARY- All fairly traditional designs in this booklet. "Complete" is a complete fabrication. You don't even get the usual brief tutorial with four hand illustrations to teach you tatting - and there are no real basics in any of the other three disciplines represented either. You get some pretty and useful patterns, but you'd better already know what you're doing. Smocking got the shortest shrift, but really none of them really jazzed me. The Crochet pineapple collar in the reprint is the most appealing. Since the 1st edition and the much briefer reprint don't have much overlap in patterns, the fourteen page reprint is also worth pursuing if you are a completist.
