SUMMARY- This was a pattern collection sold to raise money for the Palmetto Tatter's Scholarship Fund. I love this type of collection - lots of different designers all in one place with a great selection of patterns. The pattern instructions are not homogenous - they vary with the designers, and this was not a professionally printed booklet, so the photos aren't as clean as I'd like, but the designs are topnotch and there are plenty of them.
