SUMMARY- I was made aware of this book by Hope Wright, who kindly donated a pdf file of it to the bibliography. I've since found an original edition to replace the placeholder copy, but I wouldn't have been aware of it to look for without Hope's heads up(Thank you, Hope!) I am so glad she brought it to my attention. There is a lot of genuine eye candy in this book, and is fearless when presenting more advanced techniques like beading, roll stitch, and zigzag stitch. The Grape Centerpiece is the largest and most involved piece, and is amazing. You can see one of the roll stitch edgings on the cover. Instructions are the typical written notation of the time period, with black-and-white photography. If you run across a copy of this book, buy it. I will try to get a pdf done of it when I can find the time. If you want it and can't find it elsewhere, send me an e-mail and give me a nudge. I love this book.

This was the fourth book in a series:
1. Home Needlework Edgings and Insertions
2. Home Needlework Centerpieces and Doilies
3. Home Needlework Filet Crochet Book
4. Home Needlework Tatting Book
