SUMMARY- Her Table of Contents were little postage stamp-sized pictures of each project - which are for the most part small discrete motifs to be used as decoration. I like Sumie's work, but was a little disappointed with this book - most of the projects had already been presented in her earlier books. I was hoping for new material, and got reruns! There's the usual great photography we've come to expect from Japanese craft books, and diagrams with the instructions. Instructions are all in Japanese, but diagrams can be read by anybody. If you already have her other books, I'd give this one a miss. If you don't have any of her books and want to know what the fuss is about, this is a great book to pick up right now, while it is still affordable and still in print.
