SUMMARY- This book is a feast. Most of the patterns are for doilies(1 is an edging, and there are 3 collars) - and everything in this book is gorgeous! His notation isn't quite modern symbolic standard - but close enough and easily readable. He gives a portion of each design diagrammed. Entire book is black-and-white. I am very impressed with his design work, and will look forward to finding more of his books.
