SUMMARY- This is a beautiful hardbound book, with gorgeous clear photos, and written notation well broken down in both Polish and English. There are 26 stars(and I put how many points each has in parentheses in the Table of Contents), 6 ornamental baubles(you'll need balls that are 6-7cm in diameter), 5 angels and 3 bells. Everyone knows how much I love snowflake patterns, so I'll be tatting all her stars up for the big snowflake identification tome I've been working on for a few years. She'll have her own page. I'll let you know if I had any problems following the patterns. This is her second big hardcover book in as many years - may we dare hope for more?
NEW NOTE: A member of the Ring of Tatters reported that the first snowflake is worked anticlockwise, instead of the traditional clockwise. That will throw a lot of tatters, so I am making a note of it here. It was reported in the Autumn 2024 Ring of Tatters newsletter, on page 7.
