SUMMARY- I found this small booklet and another of the series tucked into the back of the Tina Frauberg tatting book listed on this site. It is in very ornate script, like all the other German books from this time period that I have, like the Emmy Liebert books. This one has a range of edgings and a small handful of motifs - all very traditional tatting, with a little block tatting at the end for variety. It advertises DHG: Deutshe Handarbeits-Garne threads. They are in remarkably good shape considering the newsprint quality of the paper. I've got them protected in mylar sleeves and hopefully that will slow down any future damage. Anyone with any knowledge of these little booklets, please get in touch. I'd love to know more about them.

Book Ten gives a listing of the other books in the series:

Vorlage I: Hauten für Hreuzstich
Vorlage II: Häkelmutter
Vorlage III: Zierstiche aller Art
Vorlage IV: Kanten für Kuntztickerel
Vorlage V: Einfache Schiffchenspitzen
Vorlage VI: Moderne Alphabete für Weihstickerei
Vorlage VII: Moderne Alphabete für Kreuzstich
Vorlage VIII: Motive für Kuntstickerei
Vorlage IX: Motive für Kreuzstich
Vorlage X: Filetmuster
