SUMMARY- I don't know what happened to Chapter 3 - it's skipped entirely. Despite that minor glitch in organization, there's some great patterns using fan and dresden plate in this book. If you're a fan of either and all their permutations, I'd find a copy of this one. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
