SUMMARY- This book will mess with your head - at least it did mine. I followed directions as I read through and did the excercises she suggested, and she was right all the way. I still don't know if I can do what she does, but this is a really good book for finding out if you have it in you to develop those skills - and they are skills, though I'm sure some degree of natural talent helps. Practice anything enough, though, and talent doesn't matter. I found this book informative and with some useful tricks.
