SUMMARY- I had been curious about the differences between Mennonite and Amish quilts- this book gives a good view of the Mennonite aesthetics. There are similarities, but more differences than you'd think. Mennonites don't mind cutting up fabric into little bitty pieces for pieced scrap quilts. The author of this book grew up in this community and has her own as well as family quilts to show us. I enjoyed reading this one.
