SUMMARY- There are four(4) volumes of this series, each with 126 block designs with the Sunbonnet Sue theme. That's a whole lot of Sunbonnet! I'm amazed there aren't a ton of these on the used market, but I guess not as many people bought them as I would have guessed - that or they are prized enough they seldom escape onto the used market. The third volume in particular is very hard to find, and when you do, they want a LOT of money for it. You'll notice that the ISBNs are the same for the 3rd and 4th volumes - probably a printing error.
It took many hours to enter the 500+ blocks and their makers, so I really hope this effort helps Someone reconnect with a relative's talent, or find the block you've seen and want to know where it got published so you can make it yourself. I am of the strong opinion that these designs may as well never have been published if there is no way to find them again. That's why this catalog is so important, and why I keep slogging along!
