SUMMARY- The 1981 edition is on QNM's 15th Anniversary Top 100 Quilting Books list. I have the first edition published in 1976, which has a lot less information but is nonetheless interesting. There was also a 1979 edition at 44 pages(comb bound), so she put out at least three editions, each succeeding one with a lot more information compiled - a lot like my website. I admire the amount of time and focus she needed to accomplish this task. If you happen to run across the 1981 edition, I'd snag it fast, because you probably will never see another. She numbers and lists her sources in the back of the book, then lists the names of the quilt patterns with the source number and page number with them.
