SUMMARY- Here's more of what makes this series of books GREAT. You can get a lot of inspirationa and ideas just from browsing through these, and this one had some great tutorials.

While filling in my mom's set of this book, I noticed two things. The titling on the cover is slightly different between the hardcover edition and the softcover edition. The corresponding hardcover edition for this one says "Great American Quilts 2001". The second thing is that buying these used, I found very little difference in price between the hardcover edition and the softcover - so I highly recommend going for the hardcovers, as they hold up much better.
