SUMMARY- If you love cats and like them on your quilts, this is a great book to have on your shelf. You get nine projects from masters of the field: Georgia J. Bonesteel, Katharine R. Brainard, Sandra L. Foose, Judith Hindall, Doug Marmee, Gussie A. Moore, Gloria Peterson. I was surprised how many of them were pieced rather than applique - and pleased with all of them. I have other books of cat and dog quilts and was very happy to add this one to the shelf. The long workshop chapter may not get a complete novice through the process without other references, but it is a solid foundation for someone with a little experience.
