SUMMARY- I hope you can see from the Table of Contents how much interesting ideas get presented. She started part one with a poem I liked very much, "A Crazy Quilt" by Douglas Malloch. The book is in black-and-white except for the photo galleries - and you get two of those in different sections. This wasn't originally part of my mother's collection - she hated handwork of any kind. I always got my gifts from her done up to the point of finishing the bindings, which she left to me! I bought this book on a whim because she used tatting in a clever way in the quilt on the cover - as the trees roots! That really worked, and I wanted to see what else she did. I'm happy I picked this one up. She's clever and creative and gave me lots of ideas. I think she would do the same for you.
