SUMMARY- You get patterns for 20 vegetables - and not just one of each. She has a fascinating piecing technique that incorporates curved seams to give her vegetables a more natural(not as stylized) - but not realistic - look. She's not going for realism - it's definitely art - but as with her "Pieced Flowers" book, you get different perspectives of the vegetables and with the exception of the green beans, know exactly what you're looking at - her tomato won't be confused with an apple or other round red fruit. If you want something beautiful to put up in your kitchen to make you smile every time you see it, a wall hanging of your favorites would be perfect, and it will be art.
