SUMMARY- I was so gobsmacked by the quilt on the cover I knew I had to buy this book. I'm so glad I did. It delivers! The entire book is about the technique she calls fracturing, where she comes up with a landscape she wants to quilt, then adds an extra layer of complexity by adding geometric shapes that allow her to change the values of her fabrics while staying true to the geography of her landscape. This is awesome.
