SUMMARY- My favorite part of this book is page 13 "Model for Practical Color Choices" - a decision tree of blocks and circles connected by arrows and dotted lines much like how programmers laid out computer programs back in the dark ages of punch cards. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, ask your parents. They'll have a laugh and explain. At the top of the page is "START HERE" and at the bottom of the page is "Begin Your Project." The quilt on the cover is called "Never Again" - if you study it a moment you'll see why. But isn't it gorgeous? I ended up spending a lot more time reading this book just because she has a clear no-nonsense writing style and covers pitfalls, gives the reason why she does a step a certain way, and overall makes miniature quilts sound doable. It doesn't hurt that I really want my own "Never Again."
