SUMMARY- Instructions aren't as comprehensive as some of the basic books mom had in her collection, but they were clear and easy to read. The patterns given are attractive, but simple enough for a beginner to get used to the process. Overall a solid book to have on hand if you're giving quilting a try for the first time.
