SUMMARY- This book is over 40 years old - and it was rare upon publication because it was both self-published and locally distributed. I found a copy finally - but only one. This extensively researched book with over 1,000 combinations of stitches was recognized by Quilter's Newsletter Magazine as one of the top 100 most important books on quilting ever published. This book was her second go at the subject with a great deal added and elaborated on from the first. Her categories of stitches has expanded. Ms. Bond made a study of crazy quilts, and organized them in categories I've listed as a Table of Contents.
