SUMMARY- The book is geared for people as young as nine years old - you tear the strips rather than using sharp scissors or a rotary cutter - so literally anoyone can make this project. It begins with a sweet story about a girl spending a summer with her grandparents on their farm. This is a lovely project book that would work really well for teaching a quilting class to young girls. It's over 30 years old now, though, so you'd almost certainly have to find it on the used market.
