SUMMARY- The author's royalties from the sale of this book were donated for the upkeep of the AIDS Quilt(this was a huge project to commemorate all those lost to the AIDS epidemic). You get the usual well broken down instructions with plenty of illustration to support them, a layout scheme for six different size quilts, and Mackie's song "I'm a Quilter". This is a pretty simple quilt that gives the illusion of being more complicated than it is.
