SUMMARY- I apparently have strong opinions on what a great baby quilt should look like. The first ten patterns are just classic blocks downsized in scale and number to make a smaller quilt - meh. The second ten, however, while more work, have a lot more charm(in my eyes - your mileage may vary, of course), and I am just as charmed by the third batch of patchwork with lighter touches of applique work. There's thirty(30) patterns in all, so you get a lot of variety and bang for your buck no matter your tastes. If you have a large family and want to be known for your handmade baby quilts, this isn't a bad choice to have on your reference shelf when it comes to deciding to make for the next important addition to the family.
