SUMMARY- She gives some fantastic visual pictorials of the hand-quilter's rocking stitch for left- or right-handed people and placing the thimble on different fingers - your choice where it is most comfortable. I also really like her make yourself sawhorse quilt frame for basting your project(I dread the idea of having to crawl around on the floor for hours on end to do this necessary part of quilting). It looks like it would break down easily for when you need it out of the way, and be very cheap to make. This is a very practical crystal-clear book for beginners that I can easily recommend, since I'll be referencing it myself.
