SUMMARY- This may be the first book ever published on the topic of quilling, or paper filigree. The author gives you extensive instructions on forming the basic shapes for quilling, then gives several full-color plates of examples of the work. Almost half the book, however, is advertising for his woodworking enterprise and other books. He offers for sale various supplies, including woodworks that can be quilled upon. I did not read this as completely as I normally do, as reading off a screen for any length of time gives me headaches, and I could not download the file to print out.
