SUMMARY- I am in awe of Mr. Dewar's enthusiasm and creativity for this childhood staple. That he has made a career out of it is inspiring! I think any kid would have a blast with this book. The planes are perforated and easy to pull out of the back of the book for folding and flying - which means there'd be a serious tug-o-war between me and the kid. I have a long held aversion to defacing books - I have Never dog-eared a page as a bookmark. The idea of pulling a sheet out of the book - even ones designed for exactly that makes me cringe! Your mileage almost certainly will vary.
