SUMMARY: This magazine depended completely on the various thread manufacturers for their content, with a short story and a recipe column thrown in for good measure. I've only seen the first four issues of this magazine, and don't know if there are any more than that. This is not a doll magazine or disney magazine, but a general needlearts magazine that started on the premise that women love housework and beautifying their homes like Cinderella did - not sure they read the same story I did. Even the Disney version didn't go that far. So I guess it's not a mystery why this one didn't last that long.

It did have an absolutely gorgeous tatted doily pattern in the second issue that I may decide to make one day. It has seven(7) rosettes in the center and 24 around the edge, with about a 1000 chains(I'm exaggerating, but not by much) around the middle.

HOW TO MAKE THIS MAGAZINE CATALOG SEARCHABLE:
METHOD ONE(downside is it takes some effort and time):
1. Open a blank page in your favorite word processing program.
2. Right click and "SELECT ALL"
3. Right click and "COPY"
4. "PASTE" or CTRL"V" what you copied into the blank page(it could take a while depending on the size of the page)
5. Use the search function as you normally would. Try to stick to only one word, since authors will sometimes use their middle initial, then not, change names, etc.
6. Trash the blank page when you're done.

METHOD TWO(downside is you have to wade through a lot of HTML code to read the entries):
1. Right click and "VIEW SOURCE". This will bring up a second window that will give you a behind-the-stage look at my coding along with the entries. There is a search function on source pages. Use it as you would the search function for a word processor(see METHOD 1). Close the Source page when you're done.
