SUMMARY: I ran across the first issue of this title and picked it up out of curiosity. There are a lot of beading magazines out there - and I'm interested in all of them - but my budget won't stretch to accomodate all that I'd like to subscribe to. So I limit myself, looking for premier issues before deciding to go "all in". There is a very wide spectrum covered in this issue. The tutorials vary in quality, but you get lots of pictures, and they're aren't afraid to go for the unusual combination. It includes two of my personal interests, polymer clay, and wire. Though there are no chainmail projects in here, there was just about everything else! I was especially entranced by the origami beaded earrings. There are a lot of full-paged ads, but it isn't as bad as most women's magazines(less than 20% as opposed to the usual 90%). You get a lot of bang for your buck with this title. I was pleased to pick it up.
