Cloth Doll Patterns! This is a teaching manual, and she gives excellent advice on prepping for and conducting a workshop that could be equally applied to other kinds of workshops. She even provides cutely illustrated advertising flyers for your use in promoting your workshop. This was the last holdout on her books I didn't have - it is that rare.
