PATTERN RATING:Star Rating All the patterns are full-size and scaled to fit 5 1/2-inch tall dolls. They are very well marked, despite the tiny scale. You get 4-5 different dress patterns (along with the appropriate lingerie) in each booklet. The only photos are on the front cover, but you get excellent line drawings of each garment in the booklet(front of garment only- my only complaint!).

INSTRUCTION RATING:Star Rating Instructions are not broken down very well, and most garments do not come with any illustration other than of the finished garment.

SUMMARY- Ms. Sirkis is a well known(and deservedly so) name in doll clothing patterns. They are well researched and meticulously executed. Her instructions are not meant for the novice sewer, but then neither are her beautifully detailed patterns.
