SUMMARY- I know zip about porcelain dolls, and so am not even going to attempt to rate this book. I know that Mildred Seeley was an expert in her field and had a really impressive collection. That is the extent of my knowledge! This booklet has good black and white photos of the porcelain doll-making process and lovely examples of finished work from her personal collection.
