INSTRUCTION RATING: Instructions are well laid out and easy to follow. You don't get any photos of finished wigs, but you do get lots of illustration.
SUMMARY- I have no idea when this booklet was copyrighted - there was no year with the copyright notice, just the legend "Parker-Levi Originals" - which isn't the same as the name of the publisher. I debated whether the pate patterns needed a rating and decided not. I do want to mention that Ms. Parker gives you a solid assortment of pate patterns(for removable wigs) to cover a wide variety of styles. I found this book useful and a good reference work.
