SUMMARY- This is a very charming and witty omage to Lauren's great aunt and grandmother, who apparently were a little wild and a lot adventurous. Lauren gives you two dolls, and templates for making clothes for them. She uses paper for the clothing, but shapes and drapes it to give her paper dolls depth and dimension. It's a cool effect and well worth the effort - plus deciding on what clothes to create and their colors instead of just what the original artist envisioned lets you excercise your own creativity and aesthetics. This book is loads of fun, and her method can be adapted to other paper doll projects! I was really happy to have run across this book and had picked it up on a whim. Wonderful fun!
