SUMMARY- He reported a trough in popularity in the 1960's, then a resurgence in the 1970's. Chapter 10 was the most important to me, of course - it's invaluable when older publications reference even older ones. You get a whole lot of information with lots of black-and-white photography and a few color plates. I picked this book up on a whimsy from www.Paperbackswap.com - so happy I did. This is a treasure!
