SUMMARY- I felt it was important enough to type in the entire Table of Contents so you could see what was in this 341-page book. It's from 1964, so some of the information is going to be dated - but I think it is a pretty complete picture of where the hobby stood in 1964. That was 60 years ago - so I have no doubt there will be enthusiasts that will pick a layout that reflects that history, and if you've inherited someone's layout from this time period...
